Emily Chaya Weinstein, Ph.D., OTR/L is an occupational therapist and trained personal coach. She offers therapeutic coaching for people who face the challenges of stress, anxiety or mental health issues affecting their daily functioning, self-esteem and well-being.
With an emphasis on action, Dr. Weinstein helps people to take realistic steps to move forward on their journey. She helps them to identify their personal strengths, and to clarify aspirations they find meaningful and enriching.

Dr. Weinstein holds a doctorate in occupational therapy from New York University. She trained as an Integral Coach through New Ventures West. She has over 30 years experience providing occupational therapy and wellness education in mental health settings, holistic health centers, and senior centers.
She helps people develop specific self-care and coping skills for independence, mastery and joy in life. Her treatment approach includes teaching practical life skills, support in meeting life’s challenges, goal setting and problem solving.
Her clients are helped to see life as creative process in which clients use their experiences, hopes and dreams.
