Nathaniel Cilley, LMHC is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor and Associate Fellow at the Albert Ellis Institute in New York City. He’s certified in Rational Emotive and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, and is also a certified REBT/CBT psychotherapy supervisor.
Nathaniel specializes in helping adults conquer their anxiety and stress management problems. With over eight years of experience he’s passionate about improving his clients' lives through providing them with anxiety treatment, stress management, and life coaching services. The most fulfilling part of his job is helping his clients make a positive transformation thanks to REBT/CBT.

Sometimes, people get so caught up in the sea of different techniques and treatments they give up altogether. The reason he sticks with REBT: it uses scientifically proven methods to tackle your anxious thinking and behavior directly, and it works.

It does this by just focusing not on how you feel in a given situation, but on your specific thought process and how it leads to those feelings in the first place. Nathaniel obtained a Bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of New Hampshire, and graduated from Southern New Hampshire University with a Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
