Sarah offers an integrative approach to mental, physical, emotional and spiritual wellness. She primarily works with those struggling with emotional eating, eating disorders, body image concerns, anxiety, challenging life transitions and trauma.
Sarah offers a safe, supportive and accepting environment where openness self-reflection, self-awareness and self-exploration are encouraged. Sessions include a combination of EMDR therapy, mindfulness and meditation, cognitive behavioral techniques and nutritional awareness. Sarah's mission is to guide others along their personal paths to healing and support them in reclaiming their personal power.
